Silver Purple

Silver Purple is a 4 years old Chestnut gelding by Deputy Governor out of Miss Mantovani.  He had 3 Seconds (1400m, 1000m, 1200m) out of 4 races in New Zealand.

He is a good horse that had always raced in good company thus far and there are rooms for further improvement in him.  One of the horses that came in first, Johnny Go, subsequently Group 3 placed, was later sold to Hong Kong for NZ$330,000.  Another winner, Tatlock, is a leading 3 years old sprinter for the season in New Zealand.

Silver Purple arrived in Singapore in 13 Aug 2006 with a rating of 62 points (Class 3) and will be trained by Dr Yeoh Kheng Chye.
